• Payment information: when you purchase credits, payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive order IDs, payment status, amount paid, and billing contact details — we do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting.

How we use your information

• Provide and improve AI career tools, account features, and customer support.
• Process credit purchases and maintain your credit balance.
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, payment receipts where applicable).
• Monitor abuse, secure accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
• Analyze aggregated usage to improve product quality (not to sell your personal data).

Payment processing (Razorpay)

Credit purchases on Dezzify AI are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, Razorpay collects payment credentials according to their privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.

We receive confirmation of successful payment, transaction references, and the amount paid so we can add credits to your account. For payment disputes, contact us at the email below with your registered account email and order reference.

AI processing

Content you submit is transmitted through secure API connections to AI providers to generate results for your request. Your content is processed to deliver the service and is not used to train public foundation models.
